What do you get for two of the most sweetest, intelligent people you have ever had the pleasure to know for Christmas? They happen to be in their 80's and I cannot think of something they would need.
Is it rude to get them an old postcard from the town they live in and get a really nice frame for it.
I haven't a clue.
Christmas shopping is always such a chore as I like to get the best thing possible for folks. I enjoy watching their faces light up when they unwrap my pretty packages and discover the delights inside.
I enjoy it more then recieving most of the time.
Seth's family are all so intelligent. They never shout and conversations are always very pleasent. It's a gentle break from Christmases of past with screaming fighting uncle and busy body aunts. Seth's Grandparent recall family trips from the 50's. Mine gossiped about everyone.
I look forward to this Christmas although my mother isn't comming with me and is guilt tripping me. She's good for that. Making me feel bad.
